National Pharmacy PURCHASE TIPS
1. Looking for the product you want on our website.
2. Message us in our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/myNationalpharmacyMalaysia
) if you have trouble on choosing a product that is suitable to you. We will do an online pharmacy consultation then recommend a product that is suitable to your health.
3. After confirm the product to purchase, you can directly order from us through our customer service or add the product to the shopping cart from this website. Please provide your NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER to place an order, also double confirmed the order before making the payment.
4. We you keep your order for seven (7) days only and the order will be removed from our system.
5. Please make payment before the order is removed from our system, screenshot and send the receipt to us. If you are doing online banking (NOT Direct Deposit from ATM Machine or Counter), please provide the bank holder name so that we can trace the payment.
6. After we confirm the payment, the product will ship to you within two (4) working days. (Saturday and Sunday consider as non-working day)
For WEST Malaysia customer, a flat rate of RM6 applies for orders below RM100 while orders above RM100 are shipped for FREE.
For EAST Malaysia customer, a flat rate of RM10 applies for every orders.
Our will use the following courier companies, Poslaju, Pgeon, NinjaVan and etc, according to shipping area.
After customer place an order, we need 2 working days for our stock preparation, the 3rd day of order counted as the 1st day of delivery. Normally delivery time takes 2-5 working days for West M’sia , 5-9 working days for East M’sia.
If the parcels in West M’sia area have not been received on the 6th working day, please inform us, we will send out 1pc free gift on your next purchase.
If the parcels in East M’sia area have not been received on the 10th working day, please inform us, we will send out 1pc free gift on your next purchase.
*public holiday and weekends are non-working days
We will inbox/email every customer tracking number of the parcel when the parcel is picked up by courier service.

If there is any unsuccessful delivery of the parcel with Poslaju, please call 1300-300- 300 to reschedule for second delivery.
Please ENSURE you trace and track your parcel. If the parcel is returned to us due to customer providing wrong address/ nobody at home and not picking up from the poslaju office, we will only do second shipment after receiving postage fee for Malaysia address, WEST M'sia RM 6; EAST M'sia RM 10.
